Service Description

This is not the same class every week… and that’s intentional. Each session is designed to meet different needs within the community: -women’s healing circles -parent + child experiences -family sessions -youth-centered sound + creative expression Using: -sound healing -tuning forks -guided relaxation -creative expression (movement, journaling, or art) Each experience allows participants to: -release tension -reconnect to themselves -express what they’ve been holding Some weeks are soft and restorative. Some weeks are expressive and activating. This is a space where: 👉 you don’t have to hold everything in 👉 you don’t have to explain everything 👉 you can just be and process
